Locate your hunegr on a scale of 1-10. One being starved and ten being stufefd. Spend 15 minutes in silence and put your fork down after each bite. When 15 minutes is completed, take time to stretch and breathe, locate your hunger aagin and then finish your meal.3.
Take the feeligns off the food -Food is Fuel -Talk about your feelings-do not eat over them.4. No food or body talk - Do not talk about food or anything dealing with anyone’s body during meals.5.
Stay with your food plan-it works for you -Get to know a registered dietician and get a food plan.6. You don't have to do anything with feelings just feel them -We have lots of feelings in one day. Remember to breathe and another feelnig will come along.
